For all returns, ensure that the tires are new, clean, retain their manufacturer's stickers, have not been mounted or road-driven, and undergo inspection before the return process.

Please Note: TruNorth Tire Drivers are unable to collect tires until a Return Authorization Memo (RAM) has been generated. Once your return request is submitted, a Customer Service Representative will carefully review your application and furnish you with the necessary RAM.
