TRUNORTH TIRE STANDARD LIMITED WARRANTY COVERAGE
If an eligible tire becomes unserviceable due to "workmanship or material defects" within the "1st year from date of purchase or within the 2/32nds of the original usable tread" whichever occurs first, the tire will be replaced with an identical or comparable tire "at no charge" to the owner. The owner may be subject for mounting & balancing expenses plus miscellaneous fees & taxes.
If a tire becomes unserviceable due to "workmanship or material defects" following the initial warranty period stated above, the owner must pay the pro-rata cost for a comparable replacement tire, and the owner is also responsible for mounting and balancing fees.
This warranty policy is eligible for every brand TruNorth Tire Distribution sells, however in many cases there are exceptions to the rule and in order to find these you must resort to the manufacturers product catalogue or the manufacturers website.
Some exceptions are (1) Road Hazard Warranties on certain models of particular brands, (2) Mileage Warranties with very explicit requirements in order to put in a claim, (3) claims of Out Of Round Condition on tires under 20% wear.
There are many possibilities including a Policy Warranty which are usually decided on a case to case basis.
In order to submit a claim, all attached warranty claim form(s) must be completely filled out. The claim form(s) should be accompanied with (1) a copy of the original consumer invoice, (2) a copy of the replacement invoice (3) all detailed vehicle information, including current mileage as well as on/off mileage, (4) any and all rotation/balancing records.
Please be patient as the warranty process might take up to 2 weeks to process depending on time of year.
**Please note that during the months of October-December we will not be taking back any warranties due to outgoing volume**.
